Due to prefabricated elements, the construction period is short and the moving in is fast. The elements are produced throughout the year regardless of the season. The preparations are performed 2 to 3 months prior to assembling. The construction, up to the prolonged third phase, lasts for a month. Unlike the classic way of building, the RIKO house building system requires no drying and the concluding works last about 4 months whether they are performed during the winter or the summer.
